This time, we would like to explain how to set up AppsME kintone ver.
1. Settings on kintone Side
To begin with, get an app template from our support site.
Download from Support Site FAQ [AppsME] → [AppsME-kintone] → [App Template].

In order to use AppsME, It is necessary that a group (role) is set.
We will explain how to set up groups.
Log in to kintone and click [Users & System Administration] → [Groups (or Roles)] → [New] .
Enter each field and click the save button.
"Sales" group has been added!
Then, add some users.
Click "Change Group Members" in the sales settings.
Select users and click "Add" to add those users.
Click "Save" and group setup is complete!
After completing setup, let's move on to importing AppsME app template.
From portal screen, click [kintone system admin] → [Template] → [Import] then select the app template file you saved.
* Import the app template file as the ZIP file without opening.
Next, let's create AppsME app.
Click [+] button on "App" in the portal screen.
Click "Create from Template", then select AppsME app template
・Outline of AppsME App Settings
You register apps you use in AppsME in "AppsME_App Setting" app.
Add each AppsME management app as the app type of "User Information", "Layout Setting", "Group Setting" and "Designer Setting" and add the app you see on mobile devices as "Standard App".
Set up by using the following procedure as reference.
・Procedure of AppsME App Setup
Click "AppsME_App Setting" in "App" at the portal screen.
Click [+] button, then click "Get app information" button.
Select the app to add. (Here we chose "AppsME_User Registration")
Select "User Information" as app type and click "Save".
Registration is done!
Create the following records in the same procedure.
* Inside parentheses is an app type.
- AppsME_App Group Setting (Group Setting)
- AppsME_Layout Setting (Layout Setting)
- AppsME_Designer Setting (Designer Setting)
- Any other apps (Standard App)
* "AppsME_Designer Setting" is necessary to create custom layouts.
This time, setup for this app is not necessary. So you can skip record creation.
・AppsME User Registration
Click "AppsME_User Registration" app in "App" on kintone portal screen, then click [+] button and enter OPROARTS authentication information (CID/UID/UPW) issued by OPRO.
* Don't modify "URL" unless there is a special reason.
We send a text file containing OPROARTS authentication information, so please confirm it.
Click the person icon of "Mobile User" and select users who log in from the mobile app.
Users who use AppsME must belong to a group.
Here we selected a user from "Sales" of group tab and clicked "Add" button.
After completing setup, click "Save".
・AppsME App Group Setting
You specify which group uses which app in "AppsME_App Group Setting".
Here we specify that "Sales" group uses "Daily Report" app.
Click "AppsME_App Group Setting" app in "App " of kintone portal screen, click [+] button and click "Get Group" button.
In "Select Group", select the group that uses a target app.
After completing setup, click "Save" button.
Registration is complete!
・AppsME Layout Setting
You specify the layout used on mobile app In "AppsME_Layout Setting" app.
Click "AppsME_Layout Setting" app in "App" on kintone portal screen, click [+] button and enter each field of the following screen.
After completing setup, click "Save" button.
Clicking "Save" shows the configuration of the target fields at the bottom of screen.
Click [+] button and specify the fields to display on mobile app.
You can sort by drag & drop.
Click "Save" button to complete registration!
AppsME automatically generates screens on mobile app only by performing settings.
Here, we would like to explain how to do it by using an example of displaying "Daily Report" app on a mobile app like below.

In "AppsME_Layout Setting" app, open the record with the layout name you want to configure.
In "Target Item Setting", check "Display record list" of the field you want to show in the record list screen.
In addition, specify the names of labels for each field.
Then, click "Save" button to complete.
2.Setup on Mobile Device Side
Now that each setup on kintone side is done, install "AppsME" mobile app.
Let's perform settings to display the layout created in the previous section!

After launching the app, you will be asked which cloud service to use.
This time, select kintone.
Click "Login settings".
Enter the sub domain and connector app ID, then click "Decide".
Enter kintone user ID and password and click "Login".
The apps you specified on kintone side are shown.
Tap "Daily Reports"...
Record list is shown!
Then, select a record...
The record details are shown!
